Sources: Ethan Utley Becomes Name To Know At UA All-American Camp

Nashville defensive lineman Ethan Utley had a strong showing in Atlanta at the Under Armour All-American Camp.

The Under Armour All-American camp was a sight to see on Sunday afternoon. Around one-hundred P5 prospects gathered for one of the premier recruiting events of the spring in Atlanta, Georgia.

Several known Tennessee targets had big days. Athlete Mike Matthews was one of the best players in attendance, as he always is. Offensive tackle Daniel Calhoun had an up-and-down day but continues to be one of the most projectable offensive linemen in his recruiting class.

According to sources in attendance, defensive lineman Ethan Utley had a fantastic showing. Utley is a Nashville native who plays for Ensworth High School. He played The Baylor School, McCallie, and Brentwood Academy in his junior season, all carrying Tennessee targets.

Utley was one of four defensive linemen to take home MVP Honors. He stands 6-4.5 and 260 pounds, one of the most physically ready players at the entire event. It's still quite early to say where he slots in on the next level; Utley is a 2025 prospect.

He's a ball of muscle with active hands. He could convert some more good weight by the time he arrives in college, but few young defensive ends are as active as Utley. He holds 28 offers, highlighted by Tennessee, LSU, and Texas A&M. He visited Knoxville for the Kentucky game, a big selling point as the Wildcats are pursuing Utley. It's still quite early in his recruitment, but Tennessee seems to lead for Utley.
