How To Watch: 4-star EDGE Jordan Ross Commitment
Few pass rushers in the 2024 class carry the upside that four-star Alabama native Jordan Ross does. He already measures in at 6-5 and 225 pounds with elite athleticism, proven bend, and ample high school experience. Ross has one of the highest ceilings as a rusher of anyone in the class, which is why the SEC has taken a particular liking to him.
National programs got involved in this battle, but ultimately, Ross wanted to stay in the south. His finalists include four SEC powers, though Texas hasn't yet moved from the Big-12 to join the other three. Tennessee is among his final group, and entering his commitment day, they are the presumed favorite. Sources around Ross's recruitment have felt optimistic about the Vols' chances throughout his recruitment, but they've had all the momentum during the past few weeks.
However, Tennessee has carried the momentum into commitment day a few times this cycle and been one-upped by another program. Vol fans have been eagerly anticipating Ross's announcement for a few weeks to see if the coaching staff can add to the No. 11 class in America, according to 247Sports. Here are the full details of his announcement later this evening.
