Max LeBlanc Includes Tennessee In His Top Four
Max LeBlanc is a four-star tight end out of Baylor High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 6-foot-3.5-inch, 222-pounder is in the class of 2024. Before narrowing his list, he had 31 total offers.
Now, just Tennessee, UNC, Michigan, and Ohio State have his interest, with LeBlanc eliminating several SEC schools, such as Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, and Auburn. LeBlanc recently visited Tennessee unofficially in late March and visited Michigan and Ohio State soon after. Tennessee offered him this January.
On the field, Max LeBlanc shows a wide variety of skills, especially in his recent state championship junior season, where he went for 39 receptions, 695 yards, and three scores. He has the height, hops, and hands to make highly contested catches, which is exactly what you look for in a tight end. He has great speed with the ball in his hands, blowing past defenders.
LeBlanc runs great routes and is very difficult to bring down. He lines up as a traditional tight end and split out wide. In the run game, he is a mean blocker who utilizes strength and power. We have seen the impact that a versatile tight end can have in college football.
