Longhorns Crush Huskies 20-3 in Midweek Win: Live Game Log

The Longhorns are back in action for a midweek contest against the Huskies.

The opening series of the 2024 season for the Texas Longhorns (2-1) was a productive, albeit interesting showing. Ultimately, though, they are happy to leave the opening weekend with a series win over a San Diego Toreros squad that has the potential to be a sleeper team in the NCAA Tournament.

Now they turn their attention to the schedule ahead, starting with their first midweek matchup of the season against the Houston Christian Huskies (3-1). Coming in after winning their own opening series to start the season, the Huskies will look to score a huge upset win early in their campaign.

If the Longhorns can get the kinks ironed out in the lower half of their lineup and a strong outing from starter Luke Harrison, then they should leave Tuesday evening with their third win.
