Thanks to the offense looking as good as it has all season long, the No. 7 Texas Longhorns found themselves leading the No. 18 Oklahoma State Cowboys by a score of 21-7 in the first half of the Big 12 title game.

Oklahoma State quarterback Alan Bowman was looking to make a play to get the Cowboys back in it, and ended up on the wrong end of a highlight. After launching a throw down the field, it ended up in the hands of a diving Kitan Crawford who picked it off.

While there is some controversy as to whether or not he actually caught it or maintained possession, the officials didn't end up changing the call. This gave the ball back to the scorching Texas offense, who drove down the field 95 yards in seven plays to score another touchdown.

Unlike last time, which saw a big-man touchdown from defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat, it was running back CJ Baxter who powered in the score from 10 yards out.

The touchdown made it 28-7, and the Longhorns had a chance to extend the lead even more on their following drive. However, quarterback Quinn Ewers made his first mistake of the day as he ended up throwing an interception of his own.

The Cowboys were able to capitalize on the mistake and cut the lead to 28-14, as Bowman found Rashod Owens for a seven-yard score. There is still quite a lot of time in the first half for Texas to get those seven points back, but it'll be interesting to see how they handle adversity.
