UNC basketball senior RJ Davis caught fire early for the Tar Heels in Friday night's 117-53 home exhibition victory over St. Augustine's. The preseason All-ACC guard scored 17 points in the first six minutes of action, shooting 6-for-7 from the field during that stretch, sparking the team's energetic first half and 65-26 lead heading into the break.

And the good times didn't stop there, as seven Tar Heels (Davis, Cormac Ryan, Armando Bacot, Harrison Ingram, Zayden High, Jalen Washington, Creighton Lebo) finished with double-digit points. At the same time, only one St. Augustine's player reached that mark.

Davis tallied a game-high 22 points in his 24 minutes on the floor.

And here's arguably the most impressive play of the night, courtesy of five-star rookie guard Elliot Cadeau's electric first step and explosive bounce in traffic:

Cadeau, likely a starter once the regular season gets into full swing, saw 22 minutes off the bench, totaling seven points, three rebounds, four assists, and only one turnover.
