UNC basketball has an ambitious 2025 offer sheet, and 2026 may be the same.

MADE Hoops recently released its ranking of prep prospects regardless of class. Surprisingly, the top 20, which the recruiting service posted on social media, doesn't feature any of UNC basketball's three 2024 commits: five-star forward Drake Powell, five-star guard Ian Jackson, and four-star center James Brown.

But the list includes Tar Heel targets and potential targets galore.

Five-star 2026 forwards AJ Dybantsa (No. 1 on the MADE Hoops ranking) and Tyran Stokes (No. 4), an admitted longtime fan of the Tar Heels, are Prolific Prep (Calif.) teammates receiving relatively heavy early attention from the UNC basketball staff.

Neither Dybantsa nor Stokes has reported an offer out of Chapel Hill. However, neither has anyone else in their class yet.

The all-grades ranking also recognizes four of the eight 2025 talents currently holding offers from the Tar Heels: five-star forward Cameron Boozer at No. 3 in MADE Hoops' eyes, five-star guard Darryn Peterson at No. 6, five-star forward Koa Peat at No. 9, five-star forward Caleb Wilson at No. 13.

None of those 2025 targets have committed elsewhere or eliminated the Tar Heels from contention.

Landing any of the above names would put UNC head coach Hubert Davis and his crew in a position to continue the momentum from their impressive (even if not in MADE Hoops' top 20) haul of high school seniors in Powell, Jackson, and Brown.
