UNC basketball junior forward Harrison Ingram, who transferred from Stanford following two consistently productive campaigns with the Cardinal, did not give away the plays he and the 2023-24 Tar Heels have in their bag as they gear up for the season opener against Radford on Monday night.

But after UNC put on a 117-53 clinic against overmatched exhibition foe St. Augustine's in Chapel Hill on Friday night, Ingram explained he and his teammates have only scratched the surface in terms of showing off everything they've been working on in the offseason and preseason practices.

"Y'all haven't seen the half of it," said Ingram, who finished with 16 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and three blocks across his 25 minutes in his first time at UNC playing in front of the fans and against an opponent other than his teammates. "We didn't run like half of our plays out there. It's coming. We're coming...

"Just know that we're coming. We're coming for everybody. I promise."

On Tuesday, UNC basketball's official account posted "The Intro" video for Harrison Ingram:

With less than a week until the season opener in the Dean E. Smith Center, there's likely no one more hyped than Ingram to show the college basketball world that the Tar Heels, 20-13 last season after being preseason No. 1, are as lethal and relevant as ever.

"Seeing those 22,000 seats, it's crazy, although it wasn't packed," the 20-year-old noted after the exhibition win. "Seeing my parents right there, it was like a dream come true. Playing North Carolina basketball, it doesn't get better than this."

These Tar Heels, featuring Harrison Ingram, a few other formidable transfers, two promising rookies, and two battle-tested UNC basketball veterans in RJ Davis and preseason All-American Armando Bacot, begin the year at No. 19 in the country. The media projected them to finish third in the ACC standings.
