With three spring transfer portal additions, the Trojans have moved up to the top spot of the 2023 On3.com college football transfer portal recruiting rankings

With three spring transfer portal additions, the USC football team has moved up to the top spot of the 2023 On3.com college football transfer portal recruiting rankings

In the second transfer portal window, USC has brought in former Georgia defensive lineman Bear Alexander, former Wyoming offensive lineman Emmanuel Pregnon and former Alabama cornerback Tre'Quon Fegans. Back in the winter window, USC added 11 players from the portal.

On3's proprietary ranking algorithm determines if a school has improved its overall team talent, stayed the same, or declined in talent during the transfer window, according to its website.

USC currently has an index score of 66, which is nine points higher than Colorado's, the second team listed in the rankings. The Buffaloes have brought in 43 transfers.

Here's USC's full 14 player transfer class as of May 8.
