The No. 16-ranked USC Trojans are getting set for a matchup with UC Irvine on Tuesday night at the Galen Center, but unfortunately, they're going to be without two of their best players.

Starters Boogie Ellis and Kobe Johnson are out for Tuesday's game, dealing with injuries. Ellis is dealing with a right ankle sprain, and is considered day-to-day. Johnson is dealing with left knee discomfort.

Ellis and Johnson are off to strong starts early this season, so the Trojans will greatly miss their presence.

Standout guard Isaiah Collier will have to shoulder the load even more than usual as the Trojans look to avoid the upset at home against UC Irvine.

On the somewhat bright side of injury news surrounding the Trojans, guard Bronny James was seen getting shots up ahead of Tuesday's game. Hopefully we have an update on him later this month.

Tip-off for Tuesday night's game is 8:00 p.m. PT. For more information on the game and how to watch, click here.
