West Virginia linebacker Lee Kpogba gives his perspective on the Mountaineer defense

The West Virginia football program is in its first week of the spring practice period and will be capped off with the annual Gold and Blue Spring Game April 22 with start time set for 1:00 p.m.

WVU linebacker Lee Kpogba led the Mountaineer defense with 92 tackles and was second on the unit with 3.5 sacks in his first season in the old Gold and Blue. 

The senior mike linebacker met with the media on Thursday following the second day of practice and discussed the defenses shortcomings in 2023, leadership, area of improvements and more.
