Road to NCAA Redemption: 2023-24 Wisconsin Men's Basketball Game-by-Game Predictions

Don't look now but we are now less than two weeks away from the start of the 2023-24 college basketball season! The Wisconsin Badgers Men's Basketball team will tip off their non-conference schedule on November 6 against Arkansas State, with their Big Ten conference schedule commencing on December 4 against the No. 4 ranked Michigan State Spartans. With that being said, here is my best shot at predicting EVERY game on the Badgers regular-season schedule.

As you can see below, I have Wisconsin starting off by winning five of their first six games before running into a VERY difficult stretch where they will play No. 5 Marquette, No. 4 Michigan State, and No. 12 Arizona. After that stretch, I then have the Badgers winning nine in a row before they face the Spartans for a second time. When all is said and done, I am predicting Wisconsin to finish with a 22-8 regular-season record, which should be enough to earn them a berth in the 2024 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

Back to the Dance

After struggling during the 2022-23 season Wisconsin had to settle for a berth in the 2024 Men's NIT Tournament. The Badgers have a ton of experience returning this season, and as long as they can remain healthy, they should find themselves back in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament at the conclusion of the season.
