What a game! The Wisconsin Badgers seemed to have finally shaken off their slow-start slump in tonight's game against the Purdue Boilermakers. Hopefully, this will lay to rest any concerns about their early-season struggles.

Just when the Wisconsin Badgers needed a momentum shift, quarterback Tanner Mordecai delivered. By the end of the first quarter, the scoreboard read 14-3 in favor of the Badgers. With the team serving 97 total yards in just 16 plays, Mordecai's two touchdown passes served as the icing on the cake for Wisconsin.
Building a Cushion: The Second Quarter
Wisconsin's energetic play continued into the second quarter. Adding another seven points to their tally, running back Braelon Allen showcased his skills with a 14-yard rushing touchdown. The Badgers entered halftime with a comfortable 21-3 lead over the Boilermakers.

Wisconsin kicker Nathanial Vakos had a night to remember, as his twin field goals of 38 and 22 yards added to the Badgers' dominance. Although Purdue found some renewed energy, scoring 14 points to bring the game within ten, the Badgers' lead was never seriously in jeopardy.

As the final quarter unfolded, Wisconsin extended their lead by another 11 points with Allen scoring another touchdown. They sealed a 38-17 victory and validated their early-season promise and hard work.
