Aaron Rodgers' brother was a seat filler at the NFL awards show
Aaron Rodgers was in Phoenix last weekend to accept the NFL MVP award. His brother Jordan was there, too, doing something less glamorous.
Rodgers told ESPN Wisconsin's Jason Wilde in his weekly radio show on Thursday that Jordan was working as a seat filler and actually got called on to fill the seat next to Rodgers.

Awards shows use seat fillers so the show looks better on TV. When John Legend and Chrissy Teigen split early, Jordan and his friend Todd were assigned to slide into their seats. Jordan sat next to Aaron and Olivia Munn, and Todd was next to Tony Romo.
The younger Rodgers could use a job. He's bounced around NFL practice squads since 2013 and got cut from the practice squad of the CFL's BC Lions in November.
