Former Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers famously complained about his relationship with the Green Bay front office a couple years ago, only for it to lead to the largest contract in NFL history at the time of signature in March 2022.

Rodgers then played out the 2022 season and endured one of his worst years as a pro. The offseason came, and he was noncommittal about his future in Green Bay, which ultimately led to a trade to the Jets

It’s no surprise some Green Bay fans are bitter about how the entire situation unfolded. Look no further than “Jack’s American Pub” in Milwaukee, which is pledging to cover customers’ bar tab when Rodgers and the Jets lose this season.

The offer contains a few stipulations.

Tabs must be opened 15 minutes before kickoff, and the promotion does not include food. In addition, the offer only applies if Rodgers is starting and if the Jets game does not coincide with a Packers game, which makes sense, as it would be a very busy time for a Wisconsin bar. The overlap is scheduled to occur only four times all season, offering fans plenty of opportunities to get free drinks.

The Jets have emerged as a trendy pick to make a playoff run in the AFC with Rodgers in tow. However, the 39-year-old will need to prove that he’s the quarterback of old to give the franchise a chance to make a chance to end its 55-year Super Bowl drought.
