Watch: Rocco Baldelli's daughter gives him a hand (of baseballs) during post-game press conference
Minnesota Twins manager Rocco Baldelli has had some tough press conferences as the team has struggled to find momentum during the month of June, but on Thursday afternoon, he got an assist from a tiny helper.
Baldelli's 21-month-old daughter, Louisa made an appearance shortly after the Twins' 6-0 victory over the Boston Red Sox and found a box of baseballs in her dad's office. While Rocco answered questions from the media, Louisa was doing the heavy lifting, handing her dad several baseballs.
More impressive was Rocco's ability to answer questions while this was happening, holding a total of six baseballs in his hands and a small basketball between his left elbow at the end of the clip.
We're not sure if Louisa is eligible to help in the bullpen or if she's able to swing a bat, but she seems to have found her role on the team. Perhaps the Twins' manager's next task is snaring a home run ball while holding his daughter in the other hand or bringing her to the mound to help ease tension during an argument with an umpire.
Whatever the role, the Twins could use an extra hand and Louisa appears to be up for the job.
