Coaches Poll top 25: Texas jumps, Alabama falls in college football rankings for Week 3
Just two weeks into the season, we may have already seen the most consequential upset of the year in a game that will be an SEC conference matchup in the future. Texas, ranked No. 11 by AP voters, went into 3rd-ranked Alabama as touchdown underdogs and came out with a 10-point victory, giving the Saban dynasty a black eye and throwing a curve ball into the top 25 college football rankings as we move into the Week 3 schedule.
Where we left off: Week 1 Coaches Poll
And, as ever, there is the Colorado question. Prime is now 2-0 after a dominant performance against Nebraska in which the Buffs' skill players went off again, taking advantage of some turnovers and spreading things out in the home opener and expected to inch up the rankings again this week.
Where do things stand as we move into the Week 3 slate? Here's your look at the latest top 25 rankings, according to the coaches' vote.

Rankings reflect AP poll
No. 3 Alabama. Nick Saban's first home loss by double digits since 2003, and the Tide's first since 2004 after taking an L to Texas with some issues protecting the quarterback and keeping him from throwing costly interceptions.
No. 19 Wisconsin. The Badgers fell behind early and lost three fumbles but were able to score 16 straight and get back in it at Washington State, but Wisky fumbled near midfield when it was a 2-point game and Luke Fickell's team is 1-1.
No. 23 Texas A&M. A narrow favorite going into Miami, the Aggies instead allowed 48 points to the Hurricanes and A&M has lost 9 of the last 12 to Power Five teams.
No. 24 Tulane. No Michael Pratt on the field for the Green Wave, which cut a little into the offense, but it was a close game throughout until an ill-fated fumble return TD by the Rebels put it out of reach.
