Jeremiah Smith is the No. 1 wide receiver in the 2024 college football recruiting rankings and still a firm Ohio State commit, but that hasn't stopped other schools from applying some pressure and making their interest known to the player, culminating in what is expected to be an active month of June for the prospect.

Smith remains in contact with many top programs across the country and now the five-star recruit has three official visits planned for the next couple of weeks that will test his existing commitment to the Buckeyes.

Smith will visit with Florida State on June 20, before moving onto Miami two days later, and then to Penn State the day after that, according to his father.

Penn State is not believed to be a credible threat to flip Smith from the Buckeyes, but there has been plenty of contact between the receiver and Miami in the past, and the player has spoken highly of Seminoles head coach Mike Norvell.

Up to now, Georgia has been the one school believed to have the best chance to flip Smith from Ohio State, especially after the Bulldogs earned the commitment of five-star quarterback and consensus No. 1 overall recruit Dylan Raiola.

Smith visited with Georgia after that bombshell announcement and notably responded on Twitter with a cryptic message that seemed to indicate he was locked into his commitment to the Buckeyes.

But with several months until the Early Signing Period and longer until National Signing Day, the top wide receiver in the country is still looking at his options.
