They always say that broadcasters shouldn't be fans and that broadcasters should remain neutral in the booth.

But we know that's not always true. When you are a team-specific broadcaster and spend 162 games around the team, it's natural that you are going to skew in that direction.

Such was definitely the case for the Philadelphia Phillies broadcasters on Thursday, who went viral for their salty call after Atlanta Braves slugger Marcell Ozuna's two-run homer in extra innings that helped beat the Phillies.

You can watch it below, make sure you stay until the end:

The call starts out innocent enough, albeit sad, but turns salty at the end when one broadcaster calls out Ozuna's celebration.

I know that the Old Guard thinks celebrating individual accomplishments is not appropriate, but that's just the way that baseball is now. Bat flips, posing, emotion, celebration and handshakes, it's all part of the game now.

This isn't the first time that the Phillies broadcasting teams have gone viral. Earlier this year, John Kruk went viral for ranting about the pitch clock, while they also went viral for calling a home run that wasn't actually a home run.

The Braves beat the Phillies, 5-1, in 10 innings. The loss dropped the Phillies to 38-36 on the season while the Braves moved to 48-26.

Philly is now 10 games back of Atlanta in the National League East.

They'll be back in action on Friday in another key divisional series as they host the Mets at Citizens Bank Park.

First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. ET.
