The Arizona Diamondbacks will open a two-game series against the San Diego Padres at Petco Park Monday night at 9:40 p.m. ET.

The Diamondbacks split a four-game series with the Los Angeles Dodgers over the weekend. The Padres also split a four-game series over the weekend, taking two games from the Colorado Rockies. Entering play Monday night, all five of the National League West division's teams were tied, all having records of 2-2.

Ryne Nelson will make his first start of the season Monday for the Diamondbacks. Ryan Weathers will start for the Padres.
