The Atlanta Braves hope to complete a three-game sweep of the Kansas City Royals Sunday afternoon, when the two clubs meet at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri at 2:10 p.m. ET.

The Braves enter play Sunday with a two-game lead over the New York Mets for first place in the National League East. Atlanta has won five straight games.

The Royals enter Sunday in dead last in the American League Central. The club will try to salvage the weekend series with veteran Zack Greinke (0-3, 3.31 ERA) on the mound Sunday.

Kyle Wright (0-0, 12.00 ERA), who led the National League in wins last season, will try for his first win in 2023 as he takes the mound Sunday.
