The Atlanta Braves will play the St. Louis Cardinals Tuesday night at 7:45 p.m. ET in game two of their three-game series at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Braves took game one Monday night, defeating the Cardinals 8-4. The Braves enter play Tuesday in sole possession of first place in the National League East, leading the New York Mets by a half-game.

The Cardinals stand at 2-2, one game back of the Cincinnati Reds and Milwaukee Brewers in the National League Central.

Dylan Dodd will make his Major League debut, coming off an impressive showing at spring training which earned him a spot in the Braves' pitching rotation.

Steven Matz will make his first start of the 2023 season, for the Cardinals. Matz signed a four-year, $44 million contract with the club after the 2021 Major League season, in which he pitched for the Toronto Blue Jays.
