Yankees' top prospect Anthony Volpe will continue to get some run at shortstop, while batting in the lead-off spot. Volpe has yet to make his Major League debut, but could be a key contributor for the Bronx Bombers once he receives a call-up to the show.

Nestor Cortes will take the mound for the Yankees, after enjoying his best professional season in 2022, earning him a trip to the All-Star Game.

Minor leaguer Bowden Francis will start for the Blue Jays. Francis was selected in the 2017 MLB Draft by the Milwaukee Brewers out of Chipola College in Marianna, Florida.
