Starting Lineups, Starting Pitchers for Colorado Rockies vs. Cleveland Guardians Game Tuesday
The Colorado Rockies (7-17) and Cleveland Guardians (11-12) will play game two of their three-game series Tuesday evening at 6:10 p.m. ET at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Guardians failed to score a single run in the series opener Monday night, falling 6-0 to the Rockies. Cleveland is in a bit of a funk, and has lost six of its last eight games. A home win Tuesday night could be just what the doctor ordered. Colorado is in last place in the National League West, while Cleveland enters Tuesday two games back of the Minnesota Twins for first place in the American League Central.
Guardians rookie Peyton Battenfield (0-1, 1.69 ERA) will make his third start of the season Tuesday night. He has impressed through his first two starts, allowing just one run over 10.2 innings pitched this season. Battenfield will try for his first win of the season.
Ryan Feltner (1-2, 6.16) will attempt to deliver a series win for the Rockies, when he takes the mound for Bud Black's club Tuesday night.
