Brendan Schaub Explains How Francis Ngannou Should Fight Tyson Fury
Former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub has an idea of how Francis Ngannou can maximize his chances of beating Tyson Fury.
Ngannou is scheduled to step inside the boxing ring against WBC heavyweight titleholder Fury. The championship will not be at stake, but Fury's unbeaten pro boxing record is. The two will collide on October 28 in Saudi Arabia.

During a recent edition of "The Schaub Show," Brendan Schaub offered some advice on how Francis Ngannou can better his odds of catching Tyson Fury.
"I do think if I'm in Francis' ear I'm going, 'We're going for broke. One round, two rounds max. Where this thing could be a 10-round, 12-round fight, we're gonna outclass this guy? It's just not in the cards."
Schaub believes Ngannou has to make a strong push early because he won't be able to win the chess match against "The Gypsy King."
"You're not gonna outclass Tyson Fury," Schaub said. "He's gonna be very tough to hit. We're training for two rounds of f****** fury in Saudi Arabia. Six minutes of pure Francis Ngannou power."
This will be "The Predator's" first combat sports outing since early 2022. Ngannou was victorious in his last UFC bout, which happened to be a heavyweight title defense. Ngannou left the UFC, figuring there were better opportunities and business relationships out there.
Francis Ngannou's journey has led him to an unprecedented MMA contract with the PFL, and a lucrative boxing matchup against future Hall of Famer Tyson Fury.
