Matchroom Boxing's Eddie Hearn has responded to boxing legend and fellow promoter Oscar De La Hoya.

De La Hoya and Hearn have had their war of words on social media. The Golden Boy Promotions head honcho has criticized Hearn's matchmaking for the undisputed super-middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez. De La Hoya once promoted Canelo before their relationship soured.

More recently, De La Hoya once again found himself taking shots at Hearn. This time, the International Boxing Hall of Famer hopped on his Twitter account to send a warning at the Chairman of Matchroom Sport.

"@EddieHearn stay in your lane!! This is a warning!"

Hearn was quick to respond to the "Golden Boy" by simply posting a gif of himself.

De La Hoya has been having his share of beefs as of late. A recent issue is with his own fighter, Ryan Garcia. "KingRy" has expressed his belief that members of his team ditched him after he was stopped by Gervonta "Tank" Davis. De La Hoya was nowhere to be seen during the post-fight press conference, which he blamed on death threats.

Garcia was none too pleased with De La Hoya over claiming he'd pursue booking "KingRy" against Manny Pacquiao. Garcia lashed out on Twitter, saying that fight isn't happening. He then slammed his promoter for taking a picture with Rolly Romero, the WBA Junior Welterweight Champion, despite the fact that Garcia wants to fight him for the gold.

After a few exchanges on Twitter, De La Hoya urged Garcia to call them so that they can move forward and he can give "KingRy" another big payday.
