Huge Conor McGregor Rumor Debunked By UFC Boss
Conor McGregor has added fuel to the fire when it comes to recent rumors, but cold water has been poured on the gossip.
McGregor and Michael Chandler are opposing coaches on season 31 of "The Ultimate Fighter." The idea is for the UFC to eventually book a showdown between the two, but the "Notorious" one recently made a big claim on social media that the UFC no longer wants the fight.
McGregor has even been teasing a bout against newly-minted BMF Champion Justin Gaethje.

During a post-Contender Series media scrum, Dana White revealed what McGregor told him during a recent chat.
"I talked to Conor, was either yesterday or the day before, yeah he's ready to fight," White said. "I said, 'Listen, get in shape and let's figure this out.'"
As far as the big rumor that Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler is potentially off, White laughed it off and confirmed the bout is still in the cards.
"Yeah, he's fighting Chandler," White said. "Conor likes to f*** with everybody, you know what I mean? Especially his opponents or possible opponents."
Chandler has long maintained that he believes he'll ultimately go one-on-one with "Mystic Mac." He even responded to McGregor fanning the flames of the rumors, saying that the former two-division UFC champion is lying.
