Joe Rogan's UFC 289 Status Revealed
UFC 289 is upon us, and fight fans have wondered whether or not Joe Rogan will be on commentary.
Rogan is usually on the headset for UFC pay-per-views. The exception is when the UFC holds a PPV show outside the United States. UFC 289 will be held inside Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada this Saturday night.

MMAJunkie.com reports that Rogan will not be on the call for UFC 289. Taking his place will be Paul Felder, a former UFC veteran who has gained significant experience at the commentary desk. Felder has become a fan favorite among former UFC fighters who turned to commentating.
The report also notes that Felder will be joined by play-by-play ace Jon Anik and UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier. Din Thomas will also be featured throughout the broadcast as a coach analyst. Bruce Buffer will be the announcer inside the Octagon, while Megan Olivi will be on roving reporter duties.
It wasn't mentioned who will be featured as desk analysts both during the prelims and post-fight.
UFC 289's headliner will feature a women's bantamweight title clash between champion Amanda Nunes and Irene Aldana. The co-main event has lightweight title implications as former UFC Lightweight Champion Charles Oliveira and Beneil Dariush go one-on-one.
