Merab Dvalishvili Sends Bad News To Former UFC Champion Henry Cejudo
Merab Dvalishvili has responded to Henry Cejudo's callout and he's got some bad news.
After failing to recapture the UFC Bantamweight Championship against Aljamain Sterling back in May, Cejudo turned his attention to Marlon "Chito" Vera. The two were supposed to fight at UFC 292, but "Triple C" was forced to pull out as a tear in his shoulder wasn't going to heal in time.
Once the fight with Vera fell through, Cejudo shifted his attention to Dvalishvili. It appears that feeling isn't being reciprocated unless there are high stakes involved.

During an interview with "The Schmo," Merab Dvalishvili made it clear that it's title shot or bust if he's expected to share the Octagon with Henry Cejudo.
"Actually, I don't have no interest to fight anybody else, man," Dvalishvili said. "I have so much respect for Henry Cejudo. I know he's been calling my name and he's been calling me out, but I'm sorry Henry. I have big respect for you, I will fight you only for title. Other than this, I don't wanna test myself because I've already been tested. I have nine-fight win streak and I've been active. I fight anybody who they put in front of me."
Dvalishvili has been out of action due to a hand injury. He recently witnessed his good friend and sparring partner Aljamain Sterling lose the UFC Bantamweight Championship to Sean O'Malley. While many would consider Merab to be the next deserving contender, some are skeptical of the UFC booking that matchup anytime soon.
