Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg may be headed for a collision course.

Musk is known to have some fun on social media. The Twitter Chairman is never shy to post memes, polls, and entertain his detractors from time to time. This go-around, he's got people talking about a possible clash with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Here's the challenge laid out by the SpaceX founder and Tesla CEO.

"I'm up for a cage match if he is lol," Musk said.

The challenge drew some laughter from UFC and MMA fans online. Many Twitter users pointed out that Zuckerberg actually has experience in jiu-jitsu competition.

It'll be interesting to see if Zuckerberg responds. The Facebook founder reportedly started BJJ training during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier this year, Zuckerberg earned gold and silver medals for his performance in a BJJ tournament.

Behind the scenes, Zuckerberg is no stranger to doing some business dealings involving MMA. Last year, the announcement was made that Meta and the UFC were teaming up to deliver a VR experience for live events. Zuckerberg has also appeared at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Back in October 2022, Zuckerberg attended UFC Vegas 61, and there was some controversy over it. Rumors swirled that the Facebook founder rented out the entire Apex, which UFC President Dana White has denied.
