UFC CEO Dana White has undergone quite the body transformation as a result of an 86-hour fast.

Over the years, White has been complimented on changes made to his physique. While White never looked to be in any danger health wise from his own lifestyle choices, the UFC boss admitted to Men's Health that he likes to stay current with his trainer to remain in shape since he likes indulging in snacks.

Always looking for ways to improve his well-being, Dana White has gone the water fasting route. White took to his X account and revealed the steps he took to ensure his recent 86-hour water fast was done safely.

"I did an 86 hour water fast and I feel INCREDIBLE! Obviously I'm not a doctor, but I've been told by the experts that water fasting can help to significantly reduce the risk of cancer, Alzheimer's and a ton of other health issues."

As mentioned, White has made big changes to his physique over the years. From having a slimmer look to bulking up, White's body transformations have caught the attention of the MMA community more than once. With this recent water fast, the goal was to have a shredded physique to get rid of stubborn fat.

It's safe to say that the results are stunning:

Dana has been quite busy as of late, being elevated from his role as the UFC President to the promotion's CEO. White has insisted that this was solely a change in name and that his duties would remain the same. White has been busy in many business aspects of the UFC, including scoring a deal to hold events in Saudi Arabia and extending a partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi.
