UFC Legend Is Sick And Tired Of Brock Lesnar Return Gossip
One ex-UFC veteran went off on the recent Brock Lesnar chatter.
It seems every year Brock Lesnar's name is mentioned for a potential UFC return. Despite being 46 years old and not having a pro MMA fight since 2016, Lesnar's name still gets mentioned to UFC President Dana White now and then. "The Beast" was once again brought up by the media with UFC 300 approaching in spring 2024.

Former UFC middleweight title contender Chael Sonnen uploaded a new video on his YouTube channel blasting the idea of Brock Lesnar fighting on the UFC 300 card.
"News flash for all of you, Brock Lesnar's suspended," Sonnen said. "I've heard a number of you say that Brock is coming back and Brock is gonna fight, not just now, you've done this for years. Brock got suspended after his last fight in a lawsuit that Mark Hunt later launched. He never did that time. Not only did he not do the time, at one point, that was in Nevada, he had to come and do a hearing, which he skipped, and he owed a fine, which he never paid."
Sonnen went on to say it wouldn't benefit the UFC to give preferential treatment to an aging star over its current crop of talent.
"Let's say you're in a coveted spot, you're fighting for [a spot on the UFC 300 card], and they bring in a dinosaur? And that dinosaur gets their own locker room in the back like a main event gets, like a title fight gets? That dinosaur's getting taken around in the special cars and not having to get on the bus like the main event and the title fight gets? That dinosaur stayed in the biggest, fanciest suite at the hotel like the main event and the title fight gets?"
