Alex “Cowboy” Oliveira’s run with the UFC may be over, but the Brazilian proved he’s still one of the most entertaining fighters in the sport with the wild finish he scored in his last fight.

The 35-year-old has had mixed success by going 2-2 since leaving the UFC, but he was handed a big opportunity by being booked to fight in the co-main event of a card co-promoted by Titan FC and Serbian Battle Championship.

Matched up with another experienced veteran of the sport in Stefan Sekulić, Oliviera appeared to be comfortably handling the Serbian on the feet before a slick judo throw with just over a minute remaining in the first round knocked Sekulić completely unconscious.

The violent win was Oliveira’s third first-round finish since leaving the UFC, and there’s a strong argument for the result to be considered the best finish of a career that saw the Brazilian also score some fantastic stoppages during his time with the sport's top promotion.

Oliveira certainly proved he still has something left in the tank at age 35 even with the result being Sekulić's fourth-straight loss, and immediately after the win he called for a shot at the Titan FC welterweight title that was up for grabs in the night's main event

"Cowboy" wasn’t the only recognizable name on the card simultaneously billed as Titan FC 82 and SBC 47, as Bellator, PFL and UFC veteran Will Brooks stepped in on short notice to headline the event against Predrag Bogdanović.

The undefeated Bogdanović was supposed to face another UFC veteran in Michel Prazeres, but the late switch of opponent proved too much for him to handle and he was stopped by Brooks in the final round. Elsewhere on the card, #5-ranked UFC light heavyweight Johnny Walker’s half-brother Valter Ignacio claimed the Titan FC heavyweight title by defeating UFC and PFL veteran Alex Nicholson.
