Another name has left WWE, but the circumstances are different from a recent release.

Just yesterday, fans were stunned to read the report from PWInsider revealing that on-air personality Matt Camp was released from the company last week. Camp had just been a part of the NXT Vengeance Day Kickoff show on February 4. There was no reason given for the release of the former host for WWE's "The Bump."

Now, there is yet another recent departure from the company, but this was not a case of someone being let go.

WWE News: Huge Change In Plans Possible For Friday Night SmackDown This Week

Jennifer Pepperman, who was a Senior Writer and Producer for WWE, has left the company, per PWInsider. The report noted that Pepperman made this decision, and she was not fired.

On-air WWE Raw authority figure Adam Pearce chimed in on Pepperman's departure with some kind words on his X account:

"Shout out to @JenPepperman. I have always appreciated your creativity, passion, and the countless time you’ve given to help me and others backstage over the years. I’ll miss your energy, but I know you’ll be great wherever you may roam. My gratitude forever!!!"

While it's far better to hear someone left a company on their own rather than being forced out, someone is going to have to pick up the slack for WWE in that senior position. The timing is also interesting given that WWE is in the midst of WrestleMania season.

It'll be interesting to see if Pepperman wishes to stay in the pro wrestling industry, or if she has decided to move on entirely. Pepperman had a slew of supporters backstage in WWE, so perhaps the door isn't shut on a future return if that is what she wishes to do in the future.
