An injury update on one WWE Raw talent following Elimination Chamber 2024 has surfaced.

WWE roster members and staff were in Perth, Australia this past Saturday for a big PLE. The show was held inside Optus Stadium and WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque announced an attendance of 52,590. WWE Elimination Chamber was crucial in setting up key matches for WrestleMania 40.

While the event has been praised for being a solid show on the road to WrestleMania, fans were concerned with one superstar during a title match.

During the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match with titleholders Finn Balor and Damian Priest taking on Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate, fans noticed some blood on Balor's hand. Finn also appeared to be in pain and there was a debate online over whether he was selling or if he was legitimately hurt.

On an episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez reported that Finn Balor is doing "fine" following his successful title defense in Perth. It may have simply been a case of Finn realizing his thumb was bleeding, so he decided to kick things up a notch with his selling being the experienced performer that he is.

Balor figures to be in for a big match with Priest at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, PA. While not confirmed, all signs seem to be pointing to a potential tag team title match with Balor and Priest defending against R-Truth and The Miz based on an ongoing storyline.
