Former UFC double champion Conor McGregor is keeping himself busy.

The 35-year-old just wrapped up his first-ever acting spree, appearing in the remake of the "Road House" movie, which will premiere March 21 on Amazon Prime Video.

In doing so, McGregor, who last fought in July 2021, went on a world tour to promote the movie and hint at a potential return to the UFC.

During a sitdown with "Good Morning Britain," McGregor said his non-fighting ventures are a priority, but once those conclude, it's back to what he does best: MMA.

"Once I do all of this and handle all of this business [with "Road House"] and all of this, I'm going to digest," McGregor said. "You know, going to settle back home with the kids and begin to plot my return to the Octagon. I'm ready. My body's in shape. My injuries have healed and I'm ready to book a fight."

As for the opponent, it is still unknown. McGregor briefly returned to the UFC scene in the summer of 2023 as one of the coaches on TUF 31, opposite Michael Chandler. The pair were linked to a fight at season's end, but it never materialized. Chandler has been without a fight for over a year as he still awaits his rival.

Despite the long layoff, McGregor said he is proud of what he has accomplished thus far, both monetarily and athletically.

"That's the facts, yeah," McGregor said. "Highest-paid first-time actor of all-time. So, it's a nice feather in the cap."

McGregor's next move remains to be seen, but the world will be watching.
