UFC Video: Conor McGregor's First Sparring Footage Of 2024 Surfaces

Conor McGregor flashes in new sparring video.

New sparring footage of former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor surfaces.

Some fans are convinced that McGregor will never compete in the UFC ever again. While the "Notorious" one claimed he will be fighting Michael Chandler on June 29 in a middleweight clash, UFC CEO Dana White has denied that claim and said when McGregor is ready, work on his next fight will begin.

While the naysayers don't believe McGregor is putting in the effort for a comeback, "Mystic Mac" recently dropped a new sparring video.

In the clip posted by "The Mac Life," Conor McGregor is seen working his boxing in the beginning. The video transitions to McGregor flashing his kicking game, which is significant considering he's been out of action since 2021 due to a fractured fibula and tibia.

There's no telling when McGregor will share the Octagon with Michael Chandler, if he ever does. One thing seems clear from the footage above, however, and it's that at the very least McGregor is showing activity in the gym.

Fans had grown concerned that McGregor was more focused on Hollywood with the March release of "Road House," as well as his business ventures. McGregor has vowed to silence the doubters, and he claims this will be the greatest comeback of all time.

We'll see what the future holds for the former two-division UFC champion and whether or not he can live up to his word.
