Alabama Stars Take LANK NIL Merchandise to Rose Bowl
Two Alabama Crimson Tide stars are taking their NIL endeavor with them to the College Football Playoff semifinal on New Year’s Day.
Quarterback Jalen Milroe and safety Terrion Arnold created an apparel collection around their “LANK” motto for the 2023 season and after announcing last week that all of their teammates can now profit off of the merchandise, they’ve shared that they’re taking the brand with them to the Rose Bowl.
Tide fans traveling to Southern California will have the chance to purchase LANK gear at a pop-up shop in Pasadena.
LANK stands for “Let All Naysayers Know” and it’s a motto the team embraced after missing last year’s College Football Playoff.
Since then, Milroe and Arnold turned it into a brand with t-shirts and other apparel. Last week they partnered with the Yea Alabama collective and Athlete’s Thread to make the NIL opportunity available to all Tide players.
Athlete’s Thread announced the Pasadena pop-up store details on social media.
Starting December 30 through January 2, their store will sell LANK merchandise from 9:30AM to 10:30PM, five minutes from the Rose Bowl.
Along with store, there will be LANK merchandise signed by Milroe and Arnold, red carpet experience for fans, raffles and life football about the connection between LANK and the football teams.
Portions of the sales will go toward supporting NIL efforts for the football team.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are the No. 4 seed in the College Football Playoff and will take on the No. 1 Michigan Wolverines in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day.
