Remember, before Game 6 in Phoenix he had this same status and he said after the game he was always going to play.
Also saw him at Nuggets practice today.
Murray had been listed as questionable for Game 6 of the second round against the Phoenix Suns (also due to an illness) but ended up playing in the game and putting up 26 points, four rebounds, four assists and four steals.
He is one of the best point guards in the league and averaged 20.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 45.4% from the field and 39.8% from the three-point range.
The Nuggets finished the regular season as the first seed in the Western Conference and defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves (in five games) and the Phoenix Suns (in six games) in the first two rounds.

Last year, Murray missed the entire season due to injury, and the Nuggets lost in the first round to the Golden State Warriors (in five games).
This year, they are legitimate title contenders now that they are fully healthy.
As for the Lakers, they are the seventh seed in the west and beat the Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors in the first two rounds (in six games).
They won the NBA Championship in 2020 (after beating the Nuggets in the Conference Finals) but are coming off a season where they missed the playoffs.
During the regular season, each team went 2-2 in their four matchups.
