Via Underdog NBA: "Jimmy Butler (ankle) listed questionable for Wednesday."
The six-time NBA All-Star has been sensational during the 2023 NBA Playoffs with averages of 33.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 56.1% from the field and 39.4% from the three-point range.
After winning both Games 3 and 4 on their home floor in Miami, the Heat now have a 3-1 lead in the series and will have a chance to close out the Knicks in Game 5.
Despite finishing as the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference, they are one of the most talented teams in the league and are coming off a season where they lost in Game 7 of the Conference Finals.
Butler is in his fourth season with the franchise and has led them to the NBA Playoffs in all four seasons (they made the NBA Finals in 2020).
In the first round, they defeated the Milwaukee Bucks (who were the first seed) in just five games.
As for the Knicks, they are the fifth seed and beat the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round in five games.
Whoever wins the series will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals and face off against either the Boston Celtics or the Philadelphia 76ers.
