On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies are facing off in Tennessee for Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.

For the game, both teams have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.

The Lakers have upgraded Dennis Schroder, LeBron James and Anthony Davis to available.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies have ruled out Steven Adams, Brandon Clarke and Jake LaRavia.

The starting lineups for both teams have been relayed by Underdog NBA.

Via Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Lakers will start Russell, Reaves, James, Vanderbilt, Davis on Wednesday."

Via Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Grizzlies will start Morant, Bane, Brooks, Jackson Jr., Tillman on Wednesday."

The Lakers have a 3-1 lead in the series, so if they win Game 5, they will eliminate the Grizzlies.

If the Grizzlies are able to win, Game 6 will be played back in Los Angeles on Friday night.

On the road, the Lakers have gone 21-22, while the Grizzlies are a fantastic 36-7 in 43 games on their home floor in Memphis, Tennessee.

Last year, the Grizzlies lost in the second round of the NBA Playoffs, while the Lakers went 33-49 and missed the postseason.

That said, the Lakers won the NBA Championship in 2020 and have the talent to compete for a title this year.

Whoever wins the series will advance to the second round and face off against either the Golden State Warriors or the Sacramento Kings (the series is currently tied up at 2-2).
