On Saturday evening, the San Antonio Spurs will be in Washington, D.C., to face off against Jordan Poole and the Wizards.

For the game, the Spurs will have their best player in the starting lineup, as Victor Wembanyama is not on the injury report.

The 20-year-old had missed the team's last game due to rest, so he will return after a one-game absence.

Wembanyama has played in 35 games and is averaging 19.8 points, 10.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.1 steals and 3.1 blocks per contest while shooting 46.1% from the field and 29.3% from the three-point range.

He will have an excellent chance to be the Rookie of The Year, but the Spurs have struggled this season.

They enter the night with a 7-34 record in their first 41 games, which has them as the 15th seed in the Western Conference.

Over the last ten games, the Spurs are 2-8, and they are also in the middle of a four-game losing streak.

Following the Wizards, they will travel to Pennsylvania to face off against 2023 MVP Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday evening.

On the road, the Spurs are 4-18 in 22 games.
