WATCH: Kevin Durant Gets Dunked On In Nuggets-Suns Game

Michael Porter Jr. had a huge dunk on Kevin Durant during Game 3.

On Friday evening, the Phoenix Suns defeated the Denver Nuggets by a score of 121-114 in Game 3 of their second-round playoff series.

After losing the first two games of the series in Colorado, the Suns did an excellent job of protecting their home floor in Game 3.

Devin Booker led the way with 47 points, and 13-time All-Star Kevin Durant had 39 points, nine rebounds, eight assists and two blocks.

In the fourth quarter, Nuggets' forward Michael Porter Jr. threw down a massive dunk on the future Hall of Famer, and the clip went viral on social media.

The most important thing for the Suns was that they got a victory in a must-win game to avoid falling into an 0-3 hole.

That said, fans always have fun on social media with things such as poster-dunks and ankle-breaking crossovers.

Since Durant is one of the 20 greatest players in the history in the league, the highlight is more significant.

Game 4 will be on Sunday night, and the Suns will now have the chance to tie up the series at 2-2 before the teams had back to Colorado for Game 5 on Tuesday evening.

Durant has been excellent through the first eight games of the 2023 NBA Playoffs with averages of 29.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.5 blocks per contest while shooting 48.1% from the field.

He is in his first season with the Suns after getting traded (via the Brooklyn Nets) in February.

During the game, the two-time NBA Champion moved ahead of Karl Malone on the all-time Playoff scoring list
