Fastbreak Podcast (Episode 1): Checking in on Atlanta Hawks, Miami Heat and More in Debut Show

Welcome to the first "Fastbreak on FanNation Podcast'' on our new website, a 30-minute show hosted by publisher Tom Brew, where we take a tour around the NBA and check in with our publishers around the country for a lively conversation on the eve of Opening Night.

Well, we made it. The start of the 2021-22 regular season is here, with two games on Tuesday night and 11 more on Wednesday. As part of our site launch here at Fastbreak, today we're rolling out our very first podcast. It's a 30-minute show hosted by publisher Tom Brew where we talk about all things NBA with fellow Sports Illustrated/FanNation publishers from around the country.

Outside of previewing Opening Night, we also take a deep dive with Pat Benson of AllHawks.com and Shandel Richardson of InsideTheHeat.com, our reporters in Atlanta and Miami, respectively. Brew asks three questions of both of them in breaking down the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat.

Topics covered include their biggest concerns heading into the season, the ceiling for each of there teams and more.

Enjoy the show. We'll be doing a lot of video here. Make sure you also check out our "Stinar For 3'' videos every day, three questions with Fastbreak on FanNation senior writer Ben Stinar.
