Alex Albon Out Of The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix
Alex Albon has been forced to retire from the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after experiencing brake issues on the 27th lap.
What started out as a fairly undramatic race, battles started picking up when Lance Stroll had to retire in his Aston Martin and the race was put under safety car conditions.
Shortly after racing got going again, F1 fans heard the British-Thai driver explain to the Williams team over the radio that had had "brake failure". The driver stayed out on the track to see if the team could rectify any issues, however, he had to retire in the pits.
Luckily, he did not cause another safety car so the racing continues.
With twenty laps to go, Sergio Perez is leading the race with teammate Max Verstappen behind, followed by Fernando Alonso in the Aston Martin.
Albon's teammate Logan Sargeant is currently in thirteenth place behind Nico Hulkenberg.
