Alfa Romeo F1 News: C43 Spins Up Tyres In Thrilling Video Clip
Zhou Guanyu has taken the Alfa Romeo C43 out on the track ahead of the upcoming 2023 F1 season.
Sharing the footage to social media, the Swiss based team wrote:
"Light ‘em up, Zhou Guanyu"
Excitement is starting to ramp up for the 2023 season, which begins with the Bahrain Grand Prix on 3-5 March, and seeing the Chinese driver on the track has made fans even more impatient for racing to get underway. One fan commented:
"I feel a mega year ahead for Alfa"
Another fan responded to the team:
"The floor really interests me with this car, hope it turns out to be a mega mega advantage"
Someone else wrote:
"Very excited for this season, car it looking great and Zhou and Bottas seems very eager"
Another user commented:

Guanyu is heading into his second F1 season alongside Finnish driver Valtteri Bottas, who left the Mercedes team after five years in 2021. The team finished sixth in the 2022 constructors' championship with 55 points. They had quite a leap up to McLaren who finished in fifth with 159 points, whereas, Aston Martin ended up in seventh place also with 55 points.

The team released the C43 during an event in Zurich which was also streamed live online on Tuesday 7 February. The livery features a red theme with exposed carbon fibre as well as the Italian flag on the underside of the rear wing.
