Haas team boss Guenther Steiner clarified to the media that there was nothing going on at the moment with regard to the workplace comedy show being made by CBS after he was announced as the non-writing producer for the show.

Since the launch of Netflix's successful Drive to Survive series, Steiner's peculiar management methods have created a separate fan base that just seems to grow. Not to forget the hilarious memes that continue to circulate and remind everybody of his savagery.

As a result, he caught the attention of CBS who intends to utilize his services as a non-writing producer for a television comedy series entirely based on a character that mimics his personality.

However, it is understood that CBS is in the early stages of developing the show and Steiner is unaware of the progress made, particularly about his role in the show. When asked about the show's progress, he told the media:

"I don't know what is happening.

"I mean, I spoke with CBS, but there is nothing, [at the moment].

"I'm just a producer if there is something in the moment. I spoke with them - months ago that was done - but nothing at the moment. I think they try to do something, but nothing is happening at the moment right now."

When he was asked if a concept for the show had been decided, Steiner revealed that no progress was made yet. He added:

"A writer makes the concept, you know?

"And then they come to me and say, 'do you want to be the producer of this?' That's all, but it's not done. Nothing is done at the moment."

The media then jokingly asked him if he was seeking the services of a writer, to which he replied:

"I don't know. You need to speak with CBS not with me - I'm not looking for the writer.

"You know, they are doing all that one. I just had actually two conversations with them, not more. They must find it interesting because they announced it, so wait and see."
