With an impressive string of three consecutive wins and a commanding position in the championship, Verstappen heads to Montreal as the clear favourite. In a press release, Verstappen expressed his anticipation for the upcoming race, highlighting his fondness for the city of Montreal and the enthusiastic fans. "It’s always nice to go back to Montreal, it’s a great city and the fans are great there. The track is very unique because you actually get to ride some old school kerbs and the scenery is pretty cool too.

"The car set up has to be a careful balance between straight line speed and being able to run on the kerbs well, we have to find a good trade off.

"Of course, last year's win is still in my mind so hopefully we can do something similar this weekend."

Last season, Verstappen secured his first victory in Canada after a hard-fought battle at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. The memory of that triumph remains fresh in his mind, fuelling his determination to replicate that success this weekend. With his sights set on another strong performance, Verstappen is eager to extend his lead in the championship standings and solidify his position as the driver to beat.

As the anticipation builds, fans and experts are wondering if Verstappen can maintain his winning streak and continue his dominant form in Montreal.
