WATCH: Charles Leclerc Crashes Out Of Miami GP Qualifying

Charles Leclerc crashed with a minute and a half of qualifying to go ending the session whilst many were on their flying laps.
The Monegasque driver crashed in the same place that he did yesterday during FP2 and with such a short time left on the clock, the stewards ended the session on the red flag. This secured Sergio Perez pole position with Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz starting behind the Mexican in second and third, respectively.
Leclerc will be starting from seventh place tomorrow and Perez's Red Bull teammate Max Verstappen will start from ninth.
The mixed line-up for tomorrow will hopefully lead to some exciting battles on track as things start to hot up in the drivers championship. If Perez goes on to win the Miami Grand Prix, he will overtake Verstappen in the drivers standings.
Speaking to the media after qualifying, Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur commented:
"I spoke to Charles... He said he was very sorry... We were close to the pole position... It could have been.... But there is nothing to be done anymore.. We have to reset again!"
Leclerc also spoke about the incident explaining that he needs to do better and that he shouldn't be making the same mistake twice on the same corner. He explained to the media:
"It’s not acceptable, it's not the level I should have.
"This weekend I didn't do the job, two mistakes in the same corner. I'm very disappointed with myself."
