Get ready for the RODEOHOUSTON Super Series, a 20-day tournament-style competition that crowns champions in eight categories, including bareback riding, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, women’s barrel racing, and breakaway roping. The total payout is a whopping $2.178 million, with each champion receiving $50,000, a custom saddle and belt buckle, and an invite to compete the following year.

The Format:

RODEOHOUSTON is comprised of five Super Series, two Semifinal rounds, two Wild Card rounds, and a Championship round. Each series has three rounds, with eight contestants competing in each of the eight rodeo events. The top four money winners in each event advance to the Semifinals, where the field is narrowed down to 10 athletes per event. The top four athletes in each event then move on to the Championship, while the remaining six get another shot in the Wild Card rounds. From there, only the top athlete in each event advances to the Championship. In the Championship, the top four athletes in each event compete again in the Championship Shootout Round, vying for the championship title and a $50,000 payout.
